Refund Policy

• Cancel any time. Cancel from Settings, under Manage billing. Your plan will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• No refunds for partial periods. We do not refund the unused part of a month or year when you cancel or upgrade.
• Billing mistakes are always refunded. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, email support@legalsafer.com and we will refund the mistaken charge.
• Upgrades. How the Vault payment is credited when you upgrade to Litigation Readiness is explained in section 6 of our Terms of Service.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund, this policy does not take it away.
