Terms of Service

Take Two Partners LLC. Last updated September 23, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Take Two Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”), which operates AI TrialPrep. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use AI TrialPrep.

1. What AI TrialPrep is, and what it is not

AI TrialPrep is software for organizing your own legal documents, asking an AI assistant questions about them, and sharing them with an attorney you choose.

  • AI TrialPrep is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
  • Using AI TrialPrep does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Take Two Partners LLC, its owners, or anyone who works on AI TrialPrep.
  • The AI assistant is not a lawyer. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything that matters with a licensed attorney before you rely on it.
  • Ask AI conversations are not communications with a lawyer, and we make no claim that any legal protection applies to them. They stay private to your account unless you choose to share them with your attorney.

2. Attorneys you connect with

If you connect an attorney to your workspace, your relationship with that attorney is between you and them. We do not endorse or supervise any attorney, we do not select an attorney for you, and we are not responsible for their advice or services. Messages you exchange with your attorney through AI TrialPrep are delivered to them; whether those communications are confidential is governed by your relationship with your attorney.

Attorney listings and promoted placement. At times, where the app shows a list of attorneys, some attorneys pay us to appear at the top of that list. Paid listings are marked “Promoted” where they appear. A paid listing is an advertisement. It is not a recommendation, a referral, or a statement about the attorney’s skill. Each attorney is responsible for keeping their own license active and for telling us if it changes (section 4). We do not check or confirm any attorney’s bar admission, license or standing, and we do not review qualifications. Each attorney gives us a bar number and states that their license under it is active; we show that number as the attorney gave it, with a link to the state bar’s own lookup so you can check it yourself. Paid placement is offered subject to the advertising rules of the attorney’s state bar, and attorneys pay a flat fee for placement, never a fee tied to any client or matter. Choosing an attorney is your decision; verify their license and standing with their state bar before you hire them.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AI TrialPrep.
  • Accounts are created by invitation, through an attorney’s referral link, or by signing up directly where we offer it. Give accurate information and keep your password safe.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. If you are an attorney

These terms apply to you if you open an attorney account. Your account depends on the bar admission you give us, and keeping it accurate is your responsibility, not ours. Any check we make of your record is voluntary and does not shift that responsibility to us.

  • You must be the attorney named on the account, and your license in the state and under the bar number you gave us must be active for as long as you use an attorney account.
  • Proof on request. When we ask, you will give us proof that your license is active, such as a current certificate of good standing or a link to your record on your state bar’s official site, within 14 days of our request.
  • Tell us when your status changes. If your license is suspended, revoked, surrendered, placed on inactive or not-eligible status, or otherwise stops being active, you will stop using attorney features and tell us at support@legalsafer.com within 10 days, so we can pause or close your attorney account.
  • If you do not give us proof when we ask, or if any information you gave us about your admission is false, we may pause or close your attorney account. A person decides before we do.
  • Your clients’ documents belong to them. Pausing or closing your attorney account does not delete anything a client uploaded.

5. Your documents

You own what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you and to anyone you choose to share it with, only to provide AI TrialPrep to you. How we handle your documents, including the AI providers that process them, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Only upload documents you have the right to upload. Do not use AI TrialPrep for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts.

6. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

  • Using AI TrialPrep requires a paid plan. Current plans and prices are shown when you choose a plan. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (yearly for Vault, monthly for Litigation Readiness) and your card is charged the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from Settings, under Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Launch pricing, where offered, applies for as long as that subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
  • Upgrading from Vault to Litigation Readiness: if you upgrade more than 30 days before your Vault plan renews, your first month of Litigation Readiness is free, as credit for your Vault payment. You enter a card when you upgrade, and it is charged when the free month ends. If you upgrade within 30 days of your Vault renewal, the first month is charged when you upgrade. Your Vault plan ends when you upgrade and the rest of the Vault year is not refunded.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still cannot be collected, your access pauses until you update your card.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
  • If we change a price, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep AI TrialPrep available and your documents safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. If we make a change to these terms that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using AI TrialPrep and cancel your plan at any time, and ask us to delete your account and documents by emailing support@legalsafer.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

9. Disclaimers

AI TrialPrep is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate or complete.

10. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, Take Two Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any legal matter. Our total liability for any claim about AI TrialPrep is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Before filing any claim, contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
